DAMAGED ORDER
We make sure you packaging is secured before dropping off with the courier. Once we drop off with the courier, we are no longer responsible for any damage caused by the them. We strongly suggest you purchase our Shipping Insurance based on your total order value even when you get free shipping. This will give you peace of mind.

If you did not purchase insurance at the time of check out, we strongly suggest you contact your courier (USPS, or UPS) and file a claim with them. Take pictures and your order confirmation as the courier might need this.


Item was shipped to the wrong address 
We are not responsible for shipment to wrong address. The system automatically  picks up your address used at check out. We strongly suggest you check all your information before checking out. 
If this does happen, once we receive it back, we will contact you and have you pay for re-shipping.
